As I’ve said before, EPCOT isn’t my favorite park. It was supposed to be a utopian community, but quickly changed gears into a tourist attraction. While everything in EPCOT is themed beautifully and perfected with impeccable detail, I personally think the two pieces of the park (Future World and World Showcase) don’t fit well together. Not knocking EPCOT though, Walt’s ingenuity made a truly beautiful park!
EPCOT has less obvious or clever Hidden Mickeys. While some are cute, a lot are harder to find (I suspect because EPCOT is geared more towards the adult crowd – every country pavilion has alcohol, unlike the other parks). Hidden Mickey Guy has helped me out again to showcase the easiest and most pronounced.

Future World: Exclusive Visa Meet and Greet
If you are a Disney Rewards Cardholder, you’re in luck! This remote meet-and-greet location is exclusive to you, and you get to spend time with two of four VIPs: Mickey, Minnie, Goofy or Pluto! It’s a surprise on who you’ll meet until you enter the room, so I won’t spoil it! When you do get in, take special notice of your surroundings! The backdrop is littered with every sort of easter egg or Hidden Mickey you can think of! I’ve added just one picture because there’s at least three different Mickeys in it. I’ll leave it up to you to find the rest!
Future World: Test Track
In the queue for EPCOT’s fast-paced, DIY car attraction, a very small Hidden Mickey can be found. The dotted lines that adorn the ride’s glass-walled queue include the nod to the famous mouse. See if you can spot it in the picture below:
Can’t find it? Here’s a close-up:
World Showcase: Japan Pavilion
The Japanese pavilion includes Hidden Mickeys in a variety of their architecture, from the drain in the koi pond to metal grates that surround the trees. The tree grate Hidden Mickeys are used in all of the Disney Parks, as you’ll see in a later post about Animal Kingdom.
World Showcase: Canada Pavilion
One of the most classic Hidden Mickeys (probably because it’s been here for a long while) is the Mickey heads hidden on the totem pole in Canada. They are clearly depressed in the wooden totem, and placed just right so guests are pleasantly surprised to see him in pictures. Can you find this one?
So that’s the majority of the easy EPCOT Hidden Mickeys! If you’re on the hunt in EPCOT, know that there will be at least one in every pavilion, and don’t overlook restaurants or merchandise locations; Mickey hides everywhere, not just in rides and buildings!
On your day in EPCOT, make sure to taste small snacks from around the world, all the food is very authentic! The authenticity doesn’t stop at the food; each pavilion’s cast members have been born and/or raised in that country! Disney characters will show up in their home country as well, like Winnie the Pooh and friends and Alice in the United Kingdom, or Jasmine and Aladdin in Morocco!
Happy hunting, and have a magical night!
